eBay changed my shipping policies...out of the blue...
When my proported customers try to place a bid on one of my items...it says...I do not ship to their state...to
"contact the seller for shipping options"....I have been on the phone with eBay for over 4 days...for hours on end...I have been listing for over 25 years...and have never been so frustrated...they have reported this problem to the 'higher ups'....who were supposed to email me...to no avail...I have sold very few items...and those were OLD listings...however....today a gentleman from eBay's normal help line...found an item from October that said the same thing...who knows how far back this has gone...If an yone has had this problem solved....it would be so appreciated if you would let me know...THANKS IN ADVANCE....

Mentor2 years agoI only checked the first 240 listings on your first page, and this item does not specify shipping costs:

When that happens, the buyer sees a message that states the seller will not ship to the buyer. I suggest you check your other listings to make sure that shipping details are included.

OP2 years agoI finally got a young Lady from eBay...that knew this problem existed with others beside myself....she had me change 'Ground Advantage'...( which all of my listings are under)...to another Ground Advantage listing....this happened to me prior to Christmas also...it took days that time for my Customers to get what they wanted...and then it was after Christmas...
Nothing I have done in my listings or shipping....said 'other changes' were made which effected this????
Just had a note from one customer who said she would never buy from me again because of all this mess...I am 87 years old...been with eBay for 25 years...and never had problems like this...100% feedback...
Guess that is the price of doing business in today's world..
