Hello, we received this email. After verification, we confirmed that we did indeed ship the goods using a certified warehouse. We can download the proof from 4PX and send it to you. We don't know where the problem lies.

Unless you received another message saying your account or selling permissions have been revoked, you can still sell items from the warehouse. The above only means if you do not follow the policies your permission to sell items using the warehouse permission will be revoked.
