Ebay apologized for giving us the wrong information $300 lost and all they did was say they are sorry and did nothing to compensate us. Said they would coach (train) their employee but what happened to my $300. I have spent 6 years plus my family and friends with Ebay and they have not shown any loyalty to us. I will never use them again. They gave me 6 tracking numbers. I spoke to Yel who screamed at me, Kadeem who gave me wrong information. Chris who said he fixed it and I would see my refund on 6/12 nothing and Tishara... nothing absolutely nothing. They listened to the calls they said but did nothing. Scam they are...
