Ebay case and non return of item
I sold a phone on ebay which was intended for att. The buyer used another carrier and is complaining the phone does not work.
Also, clear pictures of the phone was displayed but the buyer claims that he thought it had the new phone white screen cover.
The buyer wanted to return and opened a case. My listing did not accept return and didn’t send address label until ebay decided. Surprisingly, ebay ruled in the buyers favour and i appealed but they only said their decision was correct and i didn’t provide the shipping label to get the otem back.
Now i don’t have the phone returned and ebay is making me pay for the amount it has refunded to the buyer based on 2 reasons that does not make sense.
What can be done?
