EBay Caramel Secure pay
I negotiated a deal for a classic truck on 8/7 and the seller is using secure pay, I filled out the the verification questions and in purchase section it’s still saying payment pending 8/11 and no money has left my account. Is this normal it’s been 3 business days with no updates, I’d love know is this a normal wait time
