Ebay can"t help me to get my money back
I purchased clear crystal cover for my macbook, however it's not fit. So I tried to return it. The seller is not providing shipping label to return. They telling me to purchase with my money even it's defect item. Also there are another problem, the returning address is bajing china. It cost more money than what I paid for item. So I asked help to ebay, the ebay representative neio said ebay can't help ( all I know is his name, they don't providing their badge #)
He said,
I have to buy the shipping label to china. What is going on ebay these days. I really disappointed, and i will never buy anything from ebay anymore.
Don't buy anything from ebay, they are unprofessional.
