eBay cancels order due to buyer's account having issues. Item was sent a month ago.. what to do?

I sold and shipped an item back in March. I even got awesome feedback from buyer. Thought this was a done deal.

Today, I received a message from eBay saying they are cancelling the order, because the buyer's account has issues. They instructed me NOT to mail out the item, etc. Well, that's a bit late, it sold a month ago and I mailed it at that time.

I just am not clear on what is going to happen next. I can't get my book back, so I can't relist it. So far, they haven't deducted the amount from my sales, and not sure if they will. However, trying to get more information has been a nightmare. Since there is no category that includes eBay Cancelling Orders, or Security/Fraud, or anything like that, I can't get through very easily.

Anyone have this issue happen before? Thoughts?

@sherrylu eBay won't deduct the funds for the sale from your account.

If they canceled the order then you do get your sellers fees back but keep the $ from the sale.

There's nothing else you need to do since the item is long gone.
