eBay cancelled my order because of suspicious buyer
So eBay cancelled an order 5 minutes after sale because they said: "buyer's account was invalid" I received email from eBay saying: "Do not contact buyer, do not reply to buyer if they contact you, do not ship item, do not send refund." So, I didn't do anything and considered the buyer a scam or whatever...but then eBay sent me money, which I thought odd. Now the buyer opened an "Item never arrived" complaint, saying they still want item but cannot reach me, but email also said Do not respond.... I'm confused, would have been happy making the sale and shipping the item..... now what?
