ebay cancelled my listing and denied my repeal- I need to actually speak to a human on ebay about it

I listed a freebe empty drug company logo jar received at my office and listing picture showed it was empty. Ebay cancelled listing saying it violated prescription drug policy. I repealed AI decision explaining jar was completely empty, picture showed it was empty, and what else did I need to do to get the empty jar back onto ebay. They send second denial (again AI I believe) saying it violated prescription drug policy. Surely empty prescription bottles, medical bottles, medical tins - all of which are advertised as empty are allowed - what can I do now? How can I actually speak with a human about this?

Mentor4 months agoThe AI cannot see photos so using that in your appeal will not get you anywhere. The listing would need to say in the title and description that the container is empty in order to pass the bots that monitor listings. Unfortunately the bots are now on the look out for you relisting the item. It will be taken down again even if you received permission from eBay.
