Ebay cancelled an order of concerns buyers account

Question

Hello, eBay has emailed me that they canceled a buyer's order concerning their account. The question is it still shows on orders that needs to be shipped. eBay says not to ship or send money to them to contact eBay if the buyer wants their money or stuff. Do I cancel the order on my side? and when I cancel how not to refund?

Hi @denmcmu8846 eBay has already taken care of it. Do not try to cancel the order. You can archive it if you don't want to see it. Don't communicate with the buyer.
