Ebay cancelled an order for my protection

Question

I received an email from Ebay this morning regarding a sale I made and shipped on Friday. They cancelled the sale because the buyer doesn't have a registered acct. The item is in transit to the next postal facility. It would cost more to try to stop the delivery than the item is worth. Will I be penalized or lose payment on this item? I mailed it on time and proceeded as with any other order.

On the following page over on the right is the Recent activity file, this shows your transactions. Seller Hub | Your financial summary | eBay

Any refunds due to a cancellation will be listed there. The original transaction for the sale should be there as well.

You will get no penalty but you need to keep an eye on the recent activity file to see if they refund the Buyer from your account.

While a long shot, the Buyer may have initially purchased as a Guest and then tried to create an account and something in that process triggered eBay to shut them down.
