Ebay cancelled an order do to a concern about the buyer.
Ebay AI customer service was useless in trying to get an answer. But I recently received a message from eBay saying they cancelled an order due to a concern about the buyer account, buyers account was no longer registered. The order is still open on my end. Message said not to refund without contacting eBay first, except there's no one to contact at ebay. What do I do with this order?

Not a thing...you don't have to do a thing with the order. eBay takes care of it on the back end.
If you already shipped, do nothing. If you haven't shipped yet, you can relist the item.
