eBay cancelled a sale for "Concern with Buyers Account" but didn't cancel order
I received an email that eBay cancelled a sale for "Concern with Buyers Account" but didn't cancel order. I called customer service and they said to wait, it would be taken care of, however it has been over a month. Any advice on how to cancel this so it doesn't affect my metrics?
