eBay cancelled a sale after it was paid for and delivered
I’m hoping someone can help. I sold an item, got paid for it, shipped it, and it showed being delivered.
eBay has reached out to me all of a sudden and told me that they (eBay) Have canceled my transaction because the customer closed their account. They told me I should not ship and that if I have ship, should see if there carrier will return it…But since shipping was required long before this notice, and shows delivered there’s nothing I can do.
I don’t want to have eBay take back my payment on an item I can’t get back. I can’t find an option for this situation in the “contact us†menus and I don’t know what to do.
