Ebay Cancelled a Sale

Question

I was notified by Ebay that an item I was selling was sold and paid, ready for shipment. I purchased shipping and boxed the item but before I shipped it I was notified that Ebay cancelled the sale. The reason was Ebay found a problem with the buyer account and removed the account from Ebay. However, my item now is no longer listed. As a seller, what do I need to do to ensure I get refunded for shipping and the item listing is returned to my seller account?

You can void/ cancel the label within 28 days of purchasing it from the actions drop down menu next to the label on this page>

Then the postal service will refund you in about 3-4 weeks on your all transactions page here>

As for the listing unless it's on your Orders page where you can select sell similar from the drop down menu you will need to create a new listing. I know that this is a hassle but at least eBay protected you from a possible problem buyer.
