Ebay cancelled a item that I was trying to sell
Ebay cancelled a item that I was trying to sell like I have many times before. I was trying to sell a lot of Playboy magazines like I have many times before and they cancelled the item, saying the it violated there rules. But when I go to that same search there is over 10,000 results. Why are they not getting cancelled. Can someone please help with this.

Adult magazines that are allowed should be listed in "Books & Magazines > Magazines", and there are specific rules:
Adult magazines, books, and comics that contain nudity are allowed only if they don't contain sexual activity and if no images of nudity are showing in the listing.
“Some examples of this include Bear (magazine), Blue (magazine), Butt (magazine), Gay letter, Mayfair, On Our Backs, Penthouse, Playboy, Playgirl, and Playguy. This isn't an exhaustive list of magazines, books, and comics we allow. Any adult magazine or comic that doesn't contain sexually explicit content can be listed following the guidelines in this policy.â€
Here is a webpage where you can learn more:

In general, Playboy magazines are allowed while something like Hustler is not.
However, there are some issues of Playboy that had a model who was under 18 when photographed. Those issues are not allowed.
I hope this helps.

OP1 year agoThank you very much. I have been listing them periodically over the past years and this was the first time I had it happen. Thank you for the information.
