ebay canceled the order via message to me but everything else processed?
What do I do when ebay canceled the order via message but everything else processed? I got an email that said that they canceled the order due to suspicious activity. I didn't see the message until I already purchased shipping. Everything looks like it went through, except the buyer closed their account. I can't leave feedback or contact them. Now eBay says I'm behind on shipping it out. But they told me in the email not to cancel or refund the order or to ship it. And I can't relist the item...it shows an error. When will eBay cancel it completely so I don't show as past due to ship? Or how do I notify them?
