eBay canceled customer order for my security.
eBay canceled an order due to a problem with the customers account. Was told to stop the shipment process and try to have it returned to me. That is not an option. The customer received the item before the order was canceled. Will the funds be returned and I loose the item and the funds for that item?

No, you will not lose the funds for the item. eBay takes it from here.
