Ebay canceled an order due to issue with the buyer’s account, but payment was received
Ebay canceled an order due to issue with the buyer’s account, the account was deleted. Ebay instructed to not ship the item, which i did not. more recently they payment started processing. is there any other action i need to do?

No, there is no further action you need to take. You are free to relist the item.
