"Ebay canceled a sale for security reasons" and the listing is MIA
I had an item that sold. The buyer never made a payment. Today I got a message from eBay with the subject 'We canceled a sale for your security" saying they had a concern about the buyer and not to contact the buyer. The listing summary has a different account showing as the buyer. I can't take any action on the listing — can't see it (clicking through says the page doesn't exist), can't figure out how to relist it, can't figure out how to make a second-chance offer, anything.
Do I have to create a whole new listing for this? I'm very frustrated and could use some help. Thanks!!

If eBay took down the listing, then you'll need to start from scratch. If you can find the listing anywhere, you can try using Sell Similar or Relist to get it back up for sale.
