eBay canceled a sale for my safety but the item has already been shipped

I got a message from eBay saying they canceled a sale for my safety and that I should not send the item. However the item was already shipped via ground advantage this morning. I can try to stop it, but the cost if they can even intercept it, I have to pay $17.  it is supposed to arrive to the buyer the day after tomorrow. I do not see a way to contact someone at eBay about this. The automated system thinks that I want to cancel the sale but I donâ€™t.

Typically, if eBay cancels the sale, you get to keep the buyer's payment.

eBay is removing the buyer from the platform for some inappropriate behavior.

If the buyer paid, that money should still be in your account. Don't worry about that part.

eBay removes buyers and sellers from the platform for violating policies (inappropriate behavior)
When they do that, they remove the transaction from history, which cancels the sale.

No action is required, you don't need to do the intercept.
