You can ask eBay to remove a feedback at https://www.ebay.com/sellerhelp/feedback but be prepared for the eventuality that they might not grant the request.

·1 year agoThere’s nothing you can do. But your response was very good, I don’t think you’re going to lose any buyers because of that negative. The negative has a buyer’s remorse feel to it, so it actually reflects much worse on the buyer than you. Future sellers may look at that negative in the buyer’s feedback left for others and decide they don’t want to do business with them.
(I had a similar situation 5 years ago. Buyer left a negative that they didn’t like the color and thought it was ugly. I offered a full refund, they didn’t respond beyond saying they didn’t want to return it because that was “too much troubleâ€.)
