Ebay can not verify address and I can not ship. System is showing I am late on shipping. Have email

As stated I have emailed customer to verify their address however have not received a reply. Can not get in touch wit eBay as they are showing me as shipping late.

It was not possible to generate the label. 'Ship To' address is incorrect and could not be found.

First, troubleshoot. If the address has too many characters, you'll receive an error message. In that case, you can abbreviate if possible or move part of the address to the second address line. You can also check to see if there is a formatting problem at this link:

If those actions result in dead ends, what you need to do is cancel the order, selecting the reason that there is a problem with the buyer's address.

After you cancel the order, send the buyer another message explaining that you are required to ship to the address on the order but a label could not be created for that address. Relist the item so that the buyer can re-purchase if he still wants the item and remind him to edit the address at checkout before completing payment.

For the future, take these actions earlier so that you can either ship or cancel within your handling time.
