Ebay calls one of my items counterfeit that IS NOT counterfeit
I am trying to sell a used Windows 10 Home OS. I listed it and it was immediately canceled for "counterfeit". The problem is that I appealed and they still say it is counterfeit. I bought the OS from Newegg. Are they seriously telling me Newegg sold me counterfeit software? I have the **bleep** receipt. I am really angry that they are not customer oriented and they don't know what they are talking about. I cannot find a way to appeal again and send the receipt. I am going to report to Newegg that Ebay is calling the OS they sold me as being counterfeit.
How do you correct a company that does not care to be corrected?
