Ebay calling me on cell phone
I got a phone call and a text message asking if I had made a purchase. Does this mean I have been hacked?

As far as I know, eBay does not call or text people to ask them if they have made a purchase.
Scammers often do send such messages and phony invoices, with a number to call "if this was not you". If you call the number you will reach the scammer claiming to be eBay, and the scammer will attempt to get you to divulge account information or financial details so you can be defrauded.
