Mentor3 years agoThe options available may depend on the particular issue and how busy that department is.
There were some search issues this morning that may have caused a higher than normal amount of call traffic.
You should be able to use the chat assistant to request a chat with an agent or a call back in North America for most issues that cannot be solved via the help pages.
