eBay buyer scams
Seems selling hardly used computer peripherals is ripe for scamming. Some find bargains and then claim they are defective especially when it costs seller as much for return shipping as item cost making it almost pointless to request a return. My goal selling on eBay is not to lose money on shipping items back and forth.
after nearly 1000 sales between me and my wife over a decade or two I am about ready to quit eBay over return policy and shipping fees etc.
I will find another way. The profiteering of eBay re fees and this scam on some goods and returns is too much.
sold a router barely used for a great price. Worked when last used, buyer said defective. Factor in fees I might as well have given it away which I think these buyers claiming defect are gambling on.
anyone experience anything similar? Tired of being trusted seller and getting scammed by buyers.
