eBay buyer scamming me
I sold an item last week and the buyer opened a case against me saying the item is defective. In all my listings I put “no returnsâ€. The buyer attached an image, but it does not even show the item. I attached my images to the case, now the buyer won’t respond to me. eBay customer service wants me to accept the return and once the item is returned to me they want me to fill out an affidavit. Anyone have any experience with something like this?

·3 years agoYour no returns don't mean anything when the buyer claims the item is defective.
Right now, if you want something returned before refunding, accept the return and provide a shipping label.
When you get something back and it's not the item you shipped, then you can worry about the other stuff.
