eBay buyer says he did not receive product but says delivered on tracking
So a customer of mine is saying he didn’t receive the product but on the tracking it’s saying it was delivered. Was thinking possibly usps just made a mistake & delivered to the wrong address??
i used the address ebay gave me on the shipping label so I don’t understand how it could’ve gotten sent to the wrong address. I’m gonna contact usps for a refund but was wondering if anyone had any suggestions when something like this goes wrong? 1st time this has happened so I could use some insight! Thanks.

If tracking indicates it was delivered, you will not be able to receive a refund from USPS.
If the buyer filed a Refund Request, it would be denied if tracking indicates delivery.
