Is buying a vehicle via ebay buyer protection legit?

During this time, eBay will keep and protect your money safely, ensuring a secure transaction. In order to proceed, I need to confirm your interest so that I can provide eBay with the necessary details for the transaction.

Run away!
Remember eBay has nothing to do with anything you may see on some other website.
The invoice is a lot of nonsense .
