Ebay Business Charge
Bought something from a UK seller (I have a Singapore address), 10 hours after transaction I received a deduction via PayPal of about $10 USD. Charge is reflected on credit card statement as Ebay Business Charge. Never happened to me before when I last bought something few months earlier. Can anyone tell me what that charge is for?

OP2 years agoOk I got the answer after talking to my bank and eBay. The charge came from the currency conversion difference when I got a refund from another seller's cancellation. It was reflected as two transactions because one was pending.
