Ebay Bug costs me two products and all costs involved
So apparently there is a known bug with ebay sellers that will continue to display that an order has been made and you need to ship the item. I sell many items and will pack and ship the item as soon as I am notified. I recently kept getting a message an item had been sold and I needed to ship. I did so. It turns out I shipped 3x to the same buyer - who had only purchased once. I chatted with ebay and they basically said tough s***. I was advised to purchase two more return labels beg the buyer to return, and they still would not refund the fees or the cost of the additional labels. They also suggested that if I make the sale again, that I should ask this buyer to print the label for me and send to the new buyer? I cant believe ebay would even allow this? So I just wanted to vent - this is so frustrating. I guess ebay is untrustworthy. I will need to double check all orders to see if it is ebay messing up before I ship. They are too big to not make this right.

I have never shipped multiple items to the same buyer. I use Seller Hub and go to Orders > Awaiting Shipment
I see 10 sales since July, and I think I would notice if the same seller appeared to have purchased 3 identical items.
