Mentor3 years agoCurrently the only way to earn eBay Bucks is to take advantage of one of the 5% offers that eBay sends to select account about once per month or so.

Presumably as a promotion eBay Bucks had gotten to the point where the costs were exceeding the benefits, at least from eBay's point of view.
