eBay Bucks
I used to get offers for eBay bucks for small time periods (usually 2-3 days) once every couple of months. I haven't gotten an offer for almost 2 years now. Is the program even still in operation? There's information about it on the website, but it has no specifics on how participants or chosen nor what time periods they're chosen within. It seems to be defunct.
