·1 year agoEbay doesn’t block anyone on their own. The system is reacting to the settings you have for your selling policies.
That means you need to go into your account and change your settings. You can also add this buyer to your exemption list, which will exempt them from any blocks you have.
Here’s what your block settings look like:
All of your settings for selling can be found at My Ebay > Summary > Account. YOu’ll want to look at Selling Preferences, Shipping Preferences, and Business Policies to make sure all of your settings are the way you want them.
