eBay block buyer for making multiple purchases from me.
I keep running to the same problem that if the buyer want to make the 3rd purchase on the same date, eBay won’t allow.
the buyer has to wait for 10 days to be able to buy from me again. I spoke to eBay a few times and the answers always that it’s not my issue but it’s the buyer. When I told the buyer, he gets upset & refuse to contact eBay. At the same time, the buyer is able to buy from the others sellers. Also eBay would show the buyer the similar items from other sellers that he can switch to buy. How come?
BTW I have no restrictions on my account.

·3 years agoYOU set that block at some time in the past (perhaps you clicked a link to "Block buyers most likely to become non-payers or a problem" or the like). You can remove it at https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/buyerrequirements (be sure to click the option to apply the changes to current listings and click the button at the bottom to "Submit").

·3 years agoOn your Buyer's Requirements, make sure you do not have the limit on number of items a buyer can buy from you checked. There is a filter to prevent a buyer from buying again within a period of time. But in this case, new buyers have buying limits. eBay limits purchases by new buyers so that they don't overspend and do harm to themselves and to the sellers.
