ebay **bleep**s
ebay made a mistake on my shipping label, so I voided it. That was almost a MONTH ago, and haven't got my refund. I have wasted approx 6 hours on their "help" chat, with numerous agents promising to fix the issue.........and NOTHING happens.
And today I spent another half hour with one agent, then got cut off?

If you voided a USPS shipping label ... then your refund would be coming from USPS. eBay has nothing to do with your refund ... so can't fix it. Contact USPS. They usually refund in 2-3 weeks.

OP2 years agoI bought it through ebay, so they get the refund and have to pass it on to me. But if ebay hadn't **bleep**ed up the original shipping label, this wouldn't have happened in the first place.

Your refund will be sent from USPS to your payment source.
If you already wasted 6 hours dealing with eBay … why won’t you try contacting USPS? 🙂

OP2 years agoThey already said it was up to ebay, and they aren't doing anything, apparently.
This should have never happened in the first place if ebay hadn't screwed up my first shipping label.

OP2 years agoI am shipping from Canada, so entered a Canadian dollar amount on the value of the shipment. ebay decided that I entered the value in US$, so converted it to C$ on the shipping label, thus inflating the value to an unreasonable amount. I guess I should have just shipped it as is, not realising how **bleep**ed up ebay is. They also tried to charge me an extra selling fee, so I am pretty much done with this **bleep**ing **bleep** **bleep** site.
