eBay billed my account but the seller says they didn't receive it.
Contacted seller and they said they didn't receive payment for the item but eBay billed my account. Why didn't seller receive payment?

Mentor2 years agoIf this was a newer seller they do not get paid until after the item has been delivered. There can be other reasons that older sellers will not receive payment right away.
