ebay baned me
Hello,
Recently my order was cancelled but we agreed with the seller they would change the postage payment I hav
e a chart with the seller, So I agreed and waited for them to change it but they did not then the order was cancelled and now I can not do any longer make a bid. I can pay for my purchase as may saw I always paid.

·2 years agoIf the seller promised you an adjustment on the s/h before you committed to buy and told you to wait for an invoice before you pay, that is a basis for appealing the "unpaid cancellation record" you got if s/he cancelled for non-payment. ·2 years agoThe details of what happened are not clear here. But if you didn’t pay, and the seller cancelled for nonpayment, and you have previously had an item cancelled for nonpayment, then it sounds like the seller has their buyer requirements set to block buyers who have 2 or more nonpayment strikes.
You can try messaging the seller to ask if they’ll add you to their exemption list so you can purchase the item.
