Ebay Autopay 6 days after winning item in auction
When a consumer wins a bidding on ebay how is that they get the option to wait 6-7 days to pay with AUTOPAY?

The purpose of the delay is to give the buyer time to buy more stuff from that seller, and combine the shipping.
