    Ebay authenticity program
                     

    I bought a watch on ebay and its being sent to Stoll and company  in Dayton OH. to be authenticated.  After doing some research this company has terrible reviews. Now I am worried about the watch. Has anybody had a good experience with this process? Why would ebay use them when there are so many bad reviews? Thank you for your replies.

    People are generally not spurred to write reviews until they are unhappy. Always take online reviews with a grain of salt. I suspect most people, who don't have a complaint, won't be similarly driven to submit a good review.
