eBay authenticity guarantee
Purchased an item on November 15. The item has never been shipped. I cannot contact the seller due to this authenticity guarantee. I cannot cancel the order due to it. My hands are tied. Don’t know what to do next can’t even call eBay keeps telling me item can still be on its way. Can somebody please help me
