Mentor3 years ago@bamapezgirl eBay doesn't give much information when an item fails authenticity. Sorry that your item didn't pass. There is no way to dispute it and no way to find out more information.
I would get it tested at a local jeweler and then sell it on another site. Do not try to relist on eBay or it will just fail again.
