EBAY AUTHENTICATORS DAMAGED MY ITEM
I bought a pair of sneakers and everything looked great in the pictures and also look great in person. Then when I went to grab my second shoe to take a look at it I removed the paper and saw the back tab of my shoes were broken. So i contacted the seller and he said the tab was not broken when he shipped the shoes. He also has great reviews so I trust him. These shoes are also from 2007. So I can see an inexperienced not knowing how to handle these sneakers breaking that back tab on accident. I need help on getting a refund or payment for these sneakers because I now have to get them fixed.
