eBay Authenticator gave no evidence for rejection
I sent a necklace to eBay's 3rd party authenticator. They said it is not 14k gold. It seems like it was just dirty. It is stamped 14k. The "authenticator" did not provide evidence and now I am confused.

The first part of the Authenticator's job is to be sure that what you sent them matches your listing exactly.
It appears that the item description was written by AI and it doesn't seem like the Item Specifics match what is being sold.
If you have the option to relist it, I would take several clear photos. I would also write your own description and double check your Item Specifics.

Mentor4 months ago@sustainit69. If it is older 14k then it can test as 13k or less sometimes according to other sellers.
