    eBay Authentication Service
                     

    I submitted an offer for a Louis Vuitton wallet and there was an option for me to pay $40 for authentication service which I included. The seller immediately accepted my offer and shipped within 30 minutes or less; however, I don’t see that the wallet will go to that service before shipping to me. The seller is not helpful and keeps telling me to contact eBay. I can’t find anyway to talk to someone at eBay. I would have never purchased this item without going through the service.
