eBay authentication process
Has anyone had a problem purchasing an item that was authenticated and proof sent and then 6 months later EBay authenticator calls bag counterfeit? Trying to reach someone is ridiculous. Buyer is wonderful but can’t wait forever. I sent photos of authentication cards eBay sent me. But no response. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
