eBay authentication problems
I ordered some Jordan golf shoes in a men’s size 9.5 they went to eBay authenticators and I received women’s size 6.5. When I reached out to seller they said they sent the right size and eBay authenticators sent me the wrong shoes. Seller wants me to contact eBay but I can’t get anywhere with there automatic question **bleep**. What should be my next step and how to talk to someone at eBay?

Mentor1 year ago@zfan04 I believe that you are going to have to file a not as described return request and the seller will have to fight it out with eBay on who pays for your refund. Follow the steps on this page to file a return request>
