Ebay Authentication or USPS?
I sold a card for $400 on Ebay, and it was mailed to the authenticator in perfect condition. I protected the card in a plastic sleeve, top loader, cardboard and bubble mailer, extra tape, etc. I've done this a ton of times before and have had no issue with a card being damaged. Ebay authenticator said they found a minor indentation in the card that was there when I had shipped this out.
Do I have any recourse for this? Is this a USPS error for damage to the card or did the ebay authenticator do something to the card that cost me this sale? Or maybe I should rethink how i packaged these, I don't know. All I know is it was perfect when I sent it off.
Any help is much appreciated.
