ebay authentication of jewelry incorrect
hi, i sold a 100% authentic david yurman 18k goldĀ amulet and it was sent to the autentifiaction center in Carlsbad. i received an email that they said that they can not confirm authenticity o that the item is counterfeit. i am beyond frustrated. i have a proof (receipt)that the item is purchased directly form Dy boutique in Costa Mesa. there is no email to send to ebay only automated texting option.im not sure who is working there to do the authentications but certainly some non competent people. did anyone experience this before and how to dispute it, thank you
